Product Design
Company boasts a complete design and development system for static seals, dynamic seals and power insulation products, with advantages in cross-industry technology integration and full-life-cycle services. It is capable of synchronous development for new vehicle models from OEMs and new cabinet types of switchgear. APQP or PPAP processes are adopted to ensure full-range quality control from design to mass production and meet customers’ personalized requirements.
Material R&D
Company is equipped with a complete polymer material R&D system, capable of providing polymer material solutions covering an ultra-wide temperature range from -100°C to 327°C. Fast customized development is available to precisely meet special requirements such as extreme-environment resistance, dynamic mechanical performance and chemical stability. The materials have obtained international environmental certifications including RoHS, REACH and ELV, and are widely applied in automotive industry, power systems, aerospace, nuclear-protection and other fields.
Mold Development
R&D and manufacturing of high-precision molds enables full-process control from digital design to precision manufacturing.
